From 2003 through 2005 Buzz Hall represented ownership and provided construction management for Starwood Hotels through his affiliation with Tishman Construction of California and Tishman Hotel Corporation during the construction of The St. Regis Museum Tower at 3rd and Mission Streets in San Francisco.

Mr. Hall represented ownership and oversaw the fit out and completion of the 101 Luxury Condos on the upper 20 floors of the 42 floor St. Regis Museum Tower Project. Mr. Hall worked closely with ownership, the designers, builders and sub-contractors to facilitate the construction of the land mark structure.

In addition to this, Buzz was part of a team of individuals and consultants working to design and build the structure, re-construct and preserve the attached historic Williams building, and the construction of the Museum of the African Diaspora (MOAD) in the same building.
